Abstract
Pheochromocytoma is a rare tamer that secretes excess catecholamines. Pheochromocytoma crises may be precipitated by the use of several drug s. This article describes the case of a patient affected by pheochromo cytoma in whom multiple organ failure developed after contemporary adm inistration of ergotamine, caffeine, and nimesulide. The patient recov ered completely long after surgical intervention.
