Abstract
A computer simulation of a shallow implanted nuclide alpha-decay spect rum is reported. A 2-dimensional parametrization procedure is proposed . Comparison is made with a spectrum of Po-211 nuclei produced in a he avy-ion-induced nuclear reaction measured with a totally depleted (ove rdepletion ratio = 1.2) silicon radiation detector.
