Abstract
Very few case studies of treatment plant model calibration with field data have been reported in the literature, and none with data collecte d during rain events and showing sludge blanket overflows. The objecti ve of this paper is thus to present the results of an evaluation exerc ise done with data collected through intensive sampling during rain ev ents. The results show that it is possible to simulate the behaviour o f a plant during a wet weather period with the usual models found in t he literature. (C) 1997 IAWQ. Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
