Abstract
Salmonellosis due to Salmonella Give involving cows, a goat, and an os trich over a 6-month period was investigated. Cases were found in 4 di fferent regions. Antimicrobial susceptibility patterns, phagetyping, a nd pulsed-field gel electrophoresis analyses confirmed that all isolat es belonged to the same clone. A common source of infection was suspec ted.
