Abstract
We present the case of a 36 yr old woman with a persisting complaints of left chest pain. A chest radiograph revealed multiple left pleural thickenings, Classical exploration was negative. Thoracic surgery allo wed the subtotal removal of a huge pleural tumour. The histological ex amination revealed a clear. cell sarcoma. The literature on this extre mely rare tumour is reviewed.
