Abstract
Pancreatoblastoma is a rare pancreatic tumor which usually occurs duri ng childhood. We describe here the ninth adult case in a 21-year-old w oman, who died 7 months after diagnosis despite complete surgical rese ction and adjuvant chemotherapy. Pancreatoblastoma in adults has a poo r prognosis, at variance with what inn be observed in childhood.
