Sh. Chaki et al., INFLUENCE OF CADMIUM DOPING ON THE PERFORMANCE OF N-CUINS2 BASED PHOTOELECTROCHEMICAL SOLAR-CELLS, Indian Journal of Pure & Applied Physics, 35(9), 1997, pp. 598-600
Photoelectrochemical (PEG) solar cells have been fabricated with the C
d - doped CuInS2 crystals as photoelectrodes and platinum as the count
er electrode in polysulfide electrolyte. Photoresponse studies of thes
e Cd doped CuInS2 / polysulfide PEC cells for all the samples showed t
hat the CuInS2 having the lowest concentration of Cd doping provides t
he best photoresponse. The implications of these results have been dis
cussed.
