Abstract
Hetero-Diels-Alder reactions opposing enamines (dihydroquinoline and d ihydroisoquinoline derivatives) to substituted nitrosoalkenes are desc ribed. The stereoselectivity and regiospecificity of the reactions are discussed. New fused oxazinotetrahydroquinoline and oxazinotetrahydro isoquinoline structures are reported.
