Abstract
Appropriate management and accounting of thermal energy consumption at 14 plants of Tatneft Company was summarised in a February 1996 report The purposeful actions have significantly cut thermal energy bills, w ith the company's savings rising nearly 1.5-fold at a number of its fa cilities.
