Abstract
Effect of calcium doping is described on physicochemical properties of magnetite. Laboratory made Fe3-xCaxO4 samples were examined, they wer e 0.04 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.55. Solubility limit of calcium in magnetite was determined by microregional spectral analysis completed by X-ray diffraction and Moessbauer spectroscopy.
