Abstract
The electric resistivity of several semiconductors having the followin g compositions was measured: 98% SnO2 + 1% Sb2O3 + 1% CuO 96% SnO2 + 2 % Sb2O3 + 2% CuO 92% SnO2 + 4% Sb2O3 + 4% CuO Their electric resistivi ties were found to vary with the current intensity and measured temper ature. Tile activation energies for conductivity were calculated and f ound to vary with the current intensity. The sample: 96% SnO2 + 2% Sb2 O3 + 2% CuO has the smallest electric resistivities and the activation energies for conductivity.
