The sublates isolated using the dissolved air flotation process (DAF)
of Pd(II) from diluted solutions were characterised by chemical and TD
analysis, molar electrical conductivity measurements, electronic and
vibrational spectra. The coordination nature of collector-colligend in
teraction is established. Palladium can be recovered as metallic powde
r by calcination of sublates at 800 degrees C for 1/2 hour.
