Abstract
In the work presented here the influence of powerful electron beam irr adiation on the process of high-temperature mass transfer in solids ha s been studied. A comparative analysis of diffusion coefficients in a number of chemical systems with ionic chemical bonding is given. For t he systems studied the diffusion reaction constants for radiation cond itions were found to be three to ten times higher than those found for thermal experiments.
