Abstract
We constructed spliceable vectors that separately encode polyomavirus MT and ST. The addition of an intron enables MT to transform and to im mortalize more efficiently and ST to transiently stimulate the growth of primary rat embryo fibroblasts. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
