Abstract
An explicit formula for Talmi-Moshinsky transformation brackets for tw o-dimensional systems composed of arbitrary number of particles and ar bitrary masses is presented, it is powerful in investigating the energ y spectra and electron-electron correlations in the so-called artifici al atoms.
