Abstract
General expressions are presented for describing crossovers from the t wo-dimensional Mott T-1/3 to the soft-gap T-v variable-range hopping w ith any v between 1/3 and 1. Theoretical expressions fit quite well ex perimental resistance data of v approximate to 0.77, observed in amorp hous nickel-silicon films.
