Abstract
A dual delay-line surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor has been used to study the potentialities of fluoropolyol (FPOL) coatings for the detec tion of organophosphorus compounds, Thin films are sprayed on ST quart z substrates and experimental results as a function of vapor concentra tion and costing thickness are presented. Possible explanations of int eractions between FPOL coatings and chemical agents are discussed. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
