Abstract
Large angle latch-up cross-section experimental results are presented which tend to show large collection depths. A simplified technique is proposed for estimating the latch-up sensitive volume thickness by var ying energy deposition conditions with angle and by fitting energy los s calculation with cross-section measurements.
