Abstract
In the Aspergillus oryzae protease-catalyzed enantioselective hydrolys is of amino acid esters, linear relationships were observed between-RT InE and T, where E=enantiomeric ratio and T=absolute temperature. Acco rding to this temperature dependence, the E value of 11 at 45 degrees C was enhanced to 140 at 5 degrees C in a typical example.
