Ta. Maryutina et al., APPLICATION OF COUNTERCURRENT CHROMATOGRAPHY TO PRECONCENTRATION AND SEPARATION OF INORGANIC SUBSTANCES - 2-PHASE LIQUID-SYSTEMS, Journal of analytical chemistry, 52(12), 1997, pp. 1140-1146
Countercurrent chromatography is applied to separation and preconcentr
ation of inorganic substances with the use of extraction systems based
on extractants of various classes. The basic requirements imposed on
two-phase Liquid systems by the technique and the problems to be solve
d are stated. The formulas for calculating the principal parameters of
elution curves are given. The effects of the mobile-phase composition
, the solvent type, and the reagent concentration on the chromatograph
ic behavior of elements are considered.
