Abstract
A one-equation model for turbulent viscosity, previously developed and tested for parabolic flows, is implemented in elliptic cases. The inc ompressible 2-D and axisymmetric flows in channel with back step as we ll as the incompressible and compressible 2-D flows in turbine blade c ascades are calculated. The CFD procedures, developed for both incompr essible and compressible turbulent flows simulation, are described. Th e results of calculations are compared with known experimental and num erical data.
