Abstract
We discuss the nonfactorization effects in B --> J/Psi X-s, which is s imilar to the nonperturbative effect found by Voloshin in the decay B --> gamma + X-s. The QCD sum rule has been used to estimate the hadron matrix elements. We find that the correction from this effect is very large and the large discrepancy between the theory and the experiment al data can be reduced considerably. (C) 1997 Elsevier-Science B.V.
