Abstract
Amino acids altered the production and activities of cephalosporin C a cylase and penicillin V acylase from Aeromonas species ACY 95 to a var ying degree. DL-Tryptophan enhanced the cephalosporin C acylase format ion by 222% while suppressed the penicillin V acylase formation by 68% .
