Abstract
A large cutaneous horn was excised from ti-le left side of the nose an d cheek of a 68-year-old woman. Reconstruction was performed with a sp lit-thickness skin graft. Histologically the lesion represented squamo us cell carcinoma. The nature of malignant degeneration in cutaneous h orns is discussed.
