Abstract
A case of posterior cranial fossa meningioma without dural attachment is presented. The patient was 8 years old. The tumour was mostly in th e cerebellum and was presumably arising from the telechoroidea. Mening iomas without dural attachment are uncommon. They are rarer in the pos terior fossa and in very young children.
