Abstract
In a video application system, an A/D converter which converts the ana log signal into digital codes makes an important role to determine the system peformance. In this paper, a high performance A/D converter wh ich has 10-bit resolution and 30MSPS conversion speed is proposed. It has an architecture of pipelined style. With 0.5um double poly and dou ble metal fully CMOS technology the experimental prototype of the prop osed A/D converter has +/-0.7LSB INL, and +/-0.5LSB DNL.
