La this paper a study on Pencillin G mass transfer, in the 6-Aminopeni
cillanic acid enzymatic preparation process, and the dependence betwee
n the volumetric mass transfer coefficients and the stirrer speed are
reported. The proposed exponential correlation offers a good concordan
ce with the experimental va;lues and may be applied with an average de
viation of 3.94%.
