Abstract
The effect of dispersity and mechanical activation with vibration grin ding and quasihydrostatic compression on the high-temperature interact ion between covalent SiC and AlN was studied. The possibility is consi dered of preparing by ceramic methods solid solutions Si1-xAlxC1-xNx w ith controlled concentration.
