A CATALOG OF RADIAL-VELOCITIES, POSITIONS, AND PROPER MOTIONS OF STARS IN 19 KAPTEYN NORTHERN AREAS

We present a catalog of 1214 individual radial-velocity measurements f or 1134 late-type stars in 19 Kapteyn's northern areas with available two-dimensional spectral classification (Bartaya 1979). For all stars in the catalog, we also provide accurate coordinates (in the GSC frame of reference) for the epoch 2000.0 and proper motions taken from Luyt en's, PPM, and NPM1 catalogs and from the Four-Million Catalog of posi tions and proper motions compiled at the Sternberg Astronomical Instit ute of Moscow State University (Gulyaev and Nesterov 1992).
