Abstract
Wertheim's theory for the structure of associating fluids has been exa mined by computer simulations. We consider a fluid of overlapping hard spheres with a single site. Two models have been used in the simulati ons: a model with angular-dependent associative interaction and one wi th an ''angular-averaged'' potential, for which the theory is formulat ed.
