Abstract
The experiments with 2-month-old hypothyroid male rats (mercasolil 10 mg/kg per os during 21 days) have shown that total gamma-irradiation ( 0,5 Gy) caused a decrease in Ca-45 transport in the duodenum and reduc tion in the activity of thermolabil isoenzyme of alkaline phosphatase in blood serum.
