Abstract
The spectral properties of thermal radiation from a stadium-type cavit y are examined. The significant effects of the shape and material spec ies of the cavity wall on the spectral intensity are observed. The flu ctuation of radiation intensity amounts to ten percent of the standard intensity estimated by use of Planck's formula and reveals the non-eq uilibrium and non-universal nature of the cavity radiation.
