Abstract
We report the case of a 53-year-old man suffering from a pulmonary ade nocarcinoma with ossification and diffuse metastatic osteoplastic lesi ons throughout the skeletal system. This is a rare condition in lung c arcinomas. Radiographs of the chest and bones demonstrated mineral den sities in the primary tumor and multiple expansive osseous lesions wit h a diffuse sclerotic pattern resembling multiple bone metastases from prostatic carcinoma.
