Abstract
Models of typical medium voltage urban distribution network modules ar e developed enabling the analysis of post failure and post repair rest oration times for a proper evaluation of supply interruption cost usin g stochastic simulation. The models suggested are used for a comparati ve analysis of total costs of a wide set. of network modules configura tions, equipment and back feed facilities, which can be useful as a gu ide in network design and modification.
