Abstract
This paper gives a brief overview of multi-stage models of carcinogene sis, with an emphasis on the two-mutation clonal expansion model. It g oes on to present an analysis of the incidence of solid cancers among A-bomb survivors, using incidence functions derived from the two-mutat ion clonal expansion model, and concludes with a discussion of the fin dings.
