T. Nishio et H. Ebisawa, HALL RESISTIVITY OF TYPE-II SUPERCONDUCTORS IN THE RENORMALIZED REGIME, Physica. C, Superconductivity, 290(1-2), 1997, pp. 43-48
Hall resistivity in high temperature superconductors is investigated t
heoretically by taking account of the renormalized order parameter flu
ctuation. The results reproduce the characteristics of the Hall resist
ivity data including the sign change when the sign of the energy deriv
ative of the density of states is positive for the hole-type normal st
ate Hall resistivity. This implies that the existence of the renormali
zed regime below the mean field critical temperature is essential to e
xplain the characteristics of the Hall resistivity like other thermody
namic quantities in the fluctuation region. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science
