Abstract
In recent years, zinc ferrite has been used as an absorbent material f or hot-gas desulphurization. This experimental work focuses on both th e novel synthesis pathway (mechanosynthesis) to zinc ferrite and the s tudy of the high-temperature reactivity of nanoscale mechanosynthesize d zinc ferrite in coal gas desulphurization and in the subsequent rege neration process.
