Abstract
A Study concerning the linearity and dynamic range of a Fabry-Perot in tensity modulator is presented. The 1 dB compression point, second-ord er harmonic, third-order intermodulation, and dynamic range for a 3 GH z device are determined theoretically and compared with experimental r esults.
