Abstract
Nitrobenzene was reduced in a solution containing ferredoxin NADP oxid oreductase (FNR) from spinach leaves and NADPH generating system. The product of nitrobenzene was identified as phenylhydroxylamine (PHA) on 1:1 basis. (C) 1997 Academic Press.
