Abstract
Spontaneous bilateral ectopic pregnancy is extremely rare. An unsuspec ted case of spontaneous bilateral ectopic pregnancy with failure of si ngle-dose methotrexate is presented. We question whether the recommend ed dose of methotrexate for unilateral ectopic pregnancy is adequate f or bilateral tubal pregnancy.
