Rl. Jones et al., PARAPHARYNGEAL ABSCESS SECONDARY TO AN EXTERNAL AUDITORY MEATUS FOREIGN-BODY, Journal of Laryngology and Otology, 111(11), 1997, pp. 1086-1087

spread of infection from acute tonsillitis or dental disease or second
ary to perforating injury of the pharynx. We present a case report of
a patient with an external auditory meatus foreign body who developed
a parapharyngeal abscess.
