Abstract
The metric known to be relevant for standard quantization procedures r
eceives a natural interpretation and its explicit use simultaneously g
ives both physical and mathematical meaning to a (coherent-state) phas
e-space path integral, and at the same time establishes a fully satisf
actory, geometric procedure of quantization.
