Abstract
This pilot study investigated effectiveness and tolerability of risper idone for the treatment of psychosis and agitation in 9 inpatients wit h Parkinson's disease and dementia. Investigators found risperidone to be effective and safe, without worsening extrapyramidal symptoms or f urther impairing cognition.
