Abstract
Bisindolylmaleimides are known to be potent and selective PKC inhibito rs. A new synthesis of this class of compound is reported. The key ste p is a Suzuki cross-coupling reaction using a readily available indoly lmaleimide triflate intermediate. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd. All r ights reserved.
