Abstract
Solution syntheses of azapeptide pentamers 2, 3, and 4 were accomplish ed. The binding affinity of these azapeptides and azatide 1 were exami ned in the context of monoclonal antibody 3-E7 known to strongly bind the [Leu(5)]enkephalin sequence. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd. All ri ghts reserved.
