Abstract
The problem of minimizing unwanted out-of-band emission from high-powe r HF radar transmitters is addressed in terms of a) waveform design fo r spectral control, and b) system design incorporating linearization t echniques. Modelling predictions of system performance are confirmed b y experimental results.
