Abstract
Maslow's theory of the hierarchy of needs is often badly stated, not l
east by Maslow himself. It seems worthwhile to amend it in such a way
that it makes more sense and lines up better with other research along
similar lines. It is hoped that the textbooks of the future will prin
t the revised hierarchy instead of the original one.
