Abstract
The title compound, C31H28N4O4, is the product of the condensation of gamma-methyl (S)-N-alpha-triphenylmethylglutamate with 1-hydroxybenzot riazole in the presence of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. The crystal structure determination unambiguously shows that the acyl moiety is at tached to the N3 atom of the benzotriazole ring.
