Abstract
Serotonin syndrome occurred under treatment with average dose of Venla faxine and lithium in a 50 year-old female patient with a history of s ensitiveness to SSRIs. Plasma levels of Venlafaxine and its metabolite were within reference range. Parmacogenetic evalutation indicated nor mal metabolic pathway.
