Abstract
Additional hole confinement due to its Coulomb attraction to the elect ron localized in a quantum well (QW) appears to be of key importance f or light-hole excitons in type II (In,Ga)As/GaAs QWs. We present a det ailed study of the fine structure of magnetooptical spectra of these Q Ws properly taking into account the Coulomb well and strain effects.
